The itinerary involves treks (like to Kedarnath and Babaji Cave), which require moderate fitness. Elderly travelers with good health and stamina can participate, but optional pony/palanquin services can be arranged for the Kedarnath trek
Are the treks difficult?
The Kedarnath trek is about 16 km one way and moderately strenuous due to its steep uphill path. The Babaji Cave trek is easier at about 1.5 km. Proper preparation and comfortable footwear are recommended.
